Working about half a day today and then attending the BoD meeting. I went the last time they met in Dallas, and it was interesting enough. Now that I’m on the Legal Committee, I’m going by invitation to answer questions they have about legal committee projects. I made a few suggestions on governance details last time – it will be interesting to see if they adopted any of them.
