OK, so this isn’t much of a surprise, although I thought I might be closer to moderate.
We had our company Holiday Lunch today, catered by a restaurant in
McKinney called Spoons. It was damn good! A little chilly
out, but
they erected a BFT and had propane heaters, so the tent was quite
comfortable. I have four meetings this afternoon, and have just
been informed of a mandatory officers meeting that will cut out the
first half hour of my last meeting (with the boss out, I’m an honorary
officer, so I have to go). I am SO ready for a week off at
Christmas!

Plenty of room – it sat around 250 people at tables underneath the canvas! And, plenty of spoons to go around . . .
